ISA Hamilton was pleased to have our past-president Graham Nasby attend the 2015 ISA Spring Leaders meeting on our behalf on June 12-16. Taking place in Raleigh, North Carolina, the meeting consisted of several board meetings and workshops where ISA, at the international level, continues to plan its strategic direction.
At the meeting Graham attended several visioning workshops, technical assembly, geographical assembly, and planning meetings on how the ISA’s five strategic initatives would be applied towards the society as a whole. These initiatives are Content, Data/Analytics, Cyber Security, Advocacy and Coolest Delivery. Graham also attended standards committee meetings for the ISA18 Alarm Management committee, which is currently working on the upcoming version of the ISA-18.2 Alarm Management standard.
