ISA Hamilton was pleased to attend the ISA’s 2019 Annual Leadership Conference during Oct 25-28, 2019. Held in San Diego, California, USA, the event brought togeher over 200 ISA volunteer leaders from around the world. Attendees were treated to an packed scheduled of leadership visioning and strategic planning meetings.
This year’s technical keynote featured Exxon Mobil’s Don Bartusiak, who spoke about the up and coming Open Process Automation 2.0 standard. The event also featured a Saturday ISA Honours and Awards Gala – and beach party! – where the best and brightest in the world of automation were recognized.
Attending from ISA Hamilton were past ISA Hamilton president’s Brent Killins and Graham Nasby. In addition to being involved with ISA Hamilton, both Brent and Graham hold roles in the international organization. Brent attended in his capacity of District 13 vice president, and Graham attended as the VP of Industries & Sciences. Both were pleased to report on the activities of ISA Hamilton in the past year.
