We endeavour to provide support to the two post-secondary institutions in Hamilton, Ontario. That is McMaster University and Mohawk College.

Subsidize Student Memberships
We help interested students at Mohawk and McMaster pay for their annual ISA membership via a subsidy. The student membership rate for belonging to the ISA (and their local section) is $10/year and includes a subscription to ISA InTech magazine.
McMaster Student Poster Competition
We host the 4th year B.Tech (Process Automation) student poster competition at our annual Expo in March. The students present their 4th year design projects as a large format (3ft x 4ft) poster. ISA Hamilton provides judges, and attendees of the Expo get a chance to see what the students have been working on. It also provides an opportunity for the students to speak with potential employers.
McMaster University Student Section
In 2012, a student ISA section was founded as part of the B.Tech (Process Automation) program at McMaster University with the help of ISA Hamilton. We continue to have a close relationship with the student section, and we provide logistical support for many of their activities.
