Description:
On the surface, working for a startup company looks like a fun and flexible work environment filled with Free Lunch, Office Dogs, and Flexible Hours as a stark contrast to working for a large corporation. You normally will hear about the Foos Ball Tournaments or Friday beers if you ever ask someone who works at a startup about their experience, but what you may not hear about is the Responsibility and Risk present in the workday. Adam Dello will share his experience working with a startup company to establish Sales, Marketing and Business Processes.

About the Speaker:
Adam Dello is a Field Application Specialist for MAJiK Systems, working with Manufacturers in the Automotive and Consumer Packaged Goods Industries to scope out and deliver production monitoring and analytics project proposals designed to increase manufacturing and business operations within their facilities.
