Keynote Presentation:
Improving Plant Reliability
Presented by:
Nathan Pettus
Vice President and General Manager
of Emerson’s Global Machinery Health Management
Improving plant reliability is a critical aspect of any world-class operation, and essential to remain competitive in today’s global markets. Improved reliability also translates into improved plant safety. But reliability doesn’t “just happen” – it takes planning and experience to design a best-in-class program that optimizes your return on investment. In his address, Nathan will discuss the effective use of reliability-based technologies, effective work processes, and the role of leadership in implementing a successful reliability program. Best practices from Emerson’s Reliability Program of the Year will be highlighted as real-world examples of successful implementation.
