ISA Hamilton was pleased to send two of our board members Brent Killins and Jerry Gelata to the ISA’s Eastern Canada leadership conference. Held in Montreal on the weekend of May 30-31, 2015, the District Leadership Conference was a chance to meet leaders from both Ontario and Quebec, and to get an updated on what the society as a whole has been up to for the past year. Attendees also had a chance to discuss the ISA’s current five strategic goals: Content, Data, Cyber Security, Advocacy and Cool Delivery and how these can be furthered at the local level. The conference concluded with a celebratory dinner at a well known eating establishment and a photo of attendees. We look forward to attending the 2016 DLC which will be hosted by the ISA Toronto section.
